Introducing 天涯社区官网's d.Studio at an Open House
The d.Studio is more than just a room in the Hepworth Building—it’s a creative, flexible playground for experimenting, collaborating, and boldly re-imagining how we teach and learn. With movable furniture, hands-on design tools, and dedicated zones for ideation, prototyping, and reflection, this is where faculty ideas come alive.
Join us on August 15, between 1 - 3 PM for an interactive open house in Hepworth 139 to sample the mindset, the materials, and the magic of the d.Studio—plus a little extra sweetness. We’ll have snow cones to keep you cool and cotton candy to fuel your creative spark. Innovation tastes even better spun with sugar!

Various dates - Intentional Pedagogy Learning Community
This is 天涯社区官网's first learning community, and its members are entering their third year. There's no time like the present to join this group of faculty, staff, and administrators working together to dive more deeply into best practices pedagogy that truly serves students here at 天涯社区官网.
This learning community meets monthly to exchange ideas, report on lessons learned in our classrooms, and to sometimes share in a book read.

Faculty Brown Bag/Breakfast, Friday mornings
Stop by the ATIC building, and turn to the HVAC and machining labs on Friday mornings for breakfast and an energetic conversation about all things teaching. A light breakfast and friendship is shared weekly, and at least once a month the boys go all out and make a hearty and hot breakfast. Breakfast starts about 8:30, and all are welcome.
