We, the officially elected Associated Students of the 天涯社区官网, AS天涯社区官网, in order to provide for the organized conduct of student affairs, to promote and facilitate student participation in educational, social, civic, and recreational activities, hereby set forth the powers and limitations of the student government which shall be referred to as the AS天涯社区官网 Senate.
